嶺南大學於2025年12月4日及5日舉辦第56屆畢業典禮，由嶺大校董會司庫梁嘉麗女士主持。嶺大本年度共有4,066名學生畢業，包括901名本科畢業生、3,125名碩士生、33名博士生，以及197名深造文憑課程畢業生（當中190名畢業生同時獲授予會計學碩士及會計學深造文憑）。嶺大校長及韋基球數據科學講座教授秦泗釗教授致辭時，勉勵畢業生終身學習，鼓勵其身體力行「作育英才，服務社會」的校訓，傳承嶺大「紅灰精神」，化解社會難題，為自己及社群開創光明未來。Lingnan University held its 56th Congregation on 4 and 5 December 2025, presided over by Ms Carrie Leung Ka-lai, Treasurer of the Council.This year, Lingnan University conferred degrees on 4,066 graduates, of whom 901 were undergraduates, 3,125 Masters, 33 Doctors, and 197 postgraduate diploma holders (190 graduates were awarded both a Master of Accountancy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy).Prof S. Joe Qin, President and Wai Kee Kau Chair Professor of Data Science at Lingnan University, encouraged graduates to embrace lifelong learning, and keep our motto, “Education for Service”, at the forefront of their journey. He also urged graduates to present Lingnan’s “Red and Grey” spirit, to make a positive impact by tackling genuine societal issues, and to shape a brighter future for themselves and the community.
