【嶺大九領域及學科榮列2026年QS世界大學學科排名 逾半排名同步躍升 計算機科學首次上榜】嶺南大學在國際高等教育機構Quacquarelli Symonds(QS)最新公布的2026年QS世界大學學科排名中表現卓越,合共九個領域及學科上榜,當中逾半的排名上升,包括「哲學」位列全港前三位;而「計算機科學與信息系統」學科則首次上榜,彰顯嶺大近年致力於發展人工智能及數據科學領域的跨學科研究成果,備受國際學術界肯定。QS特別指出,僅有三所本港院校在排名中錄得整體進步,其中嶺大屬進步幅度最顯著之一。 其中五個領域及學科的排名按年上升,包括「藝術與人文」領域、「商業與管理研究」、「傳媒學」、「經濟與計量經濟學」,以及「教育」學科。在亞洲地區名列前茅的學科包括:⭐ 哲學:香港特區排名第三,在中國內地、港澳和台灣地區排名第14,亞洲排名第20。

Nine broad and individual subjects were designated, and more than half moved up. Philosophy came in the top three in Hong Kong, and Computer Science and Information Systems is included in the list for the first time, showing Lingnan’s considerable recent progress in developing interdisciplinary research in artificial intelligence and data science, which has gained widespread recognition from the international academic community.QS stated that only three Hong Kong universities have achieved a net improvement, with Lingnan University among the most improved. Arts and Humanities, Business and Management Studies, Communication and Media Studies, Economics and Econometrics, and Education and Training, have moved up the ranks year-on-year.Subjects that rank highly in the Asian region include:⭐Philosophy: Third in the Hong Kong SAR; 14th in the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan region; and 20th in Asia.

Titled “Breakthroughs from ChatGPT to DeepSeek and Higher Education Revolution”, he discussed the rapid development of AI and its widespread impact.

The conference continued on 22 February on SYSU’s Shenzhen campus.The conference, featuring a series of keynote speeches brought together 17 pre-eminent scholars, AI experts, and industry leaders from Mainland China, Hong Kong, the US, the Netherlands, and South Korea, highlighting the crucial role of psychological science in shaping AI applications across work, healthcare, and daily life. Approximately 160 participants attended on the first day.
